Walen Weeshuis

The Walen Weeshuis (Vijzelgracht 2A) will be (or has just been) bought by Noorderhoofd Real Estate B.V. , an Amsterdam family concern.

Bob Bergmans has been asked by Noorderhoofd to help with restarting the renovation project .Happily he has agreed to give the project a flying start. He has started by arranging a meeting on 8 Feb. to disucss the reponses of Noorderhoofd to the zienswijzen (objections) that were raised to the last plan as accepted by the Commissie Ruimtelijke Kwaliteit in April 2023.
